The Office of Regulatory Services has an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Manager to join their positive and tight-knit team.
- overseeing, improving and supporting yearly business planning and management processes, as well as supporting the Regulatory Services Strategy Implementation
- supporting the Regulatory Group long-term strategic plans
- coordinating the Regulatory Unit financial and non-financial reporting requirements, providing guidance and assistance to managers in order for them to meet their reporting obligations
- striving for constant business improvement to ensure the Unit is operating effectively and efficiently.
You will foster an agile approach and be expected to work collaboratively with the Director and Leadership Team.

We want to hear from you if you are a strategic and curious thinker, and have the following experiences, skills, and qualifications:
- passion for and experience linking strategic direction with business planning, improvement and management processes
- highly developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both verbal and written
- excellent influencing and problem-solving skills, and enjoy being the connector and enabler
- proven track record of project coordination and/or management, delivering on time and within budget
- experience in financial management such as budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- an ability to see the big picture, have good judgement, attention to detail and organisational skills is also key.
Desirable:
- experience working within a science context and/ or a background in conservation management would be an advantage
- experience working with accounting software, such as SAP.
