About the role:
We are on the hunt for a Customer Services Officer for our Elite Wellington campus where you will be the first person our future students meet from our vibrant team on campus.
In this role, you will ensure that general reception duties are managed in a timely manner to support the needs of the campus.
You will be an administration superstar, accurately processing enrolment paperwork and collecting student fees. You will support the manager with general administration tasks to a high standard with confidentiality.About you:
Ideally, you will have demonstrated success in a customer service/administration position with experience and confidence in building relationships. You will have great attention to detail and comfortable in a varied role.
You will need to be:
- Energetic, positive, outgoing, and personable
- High energy but patient, supportive and empathic
- Comfortable with a busy workload and multiple projects
- A strong administrator with excellent system skills
- Customer focused and driven to do their best all the time.
