About the Team
The Information Technology team is tasked with the sole focus of supporting the business so that we can provide a great product and support experience to all of our customers.
The Pushpay Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring that our staff are given the best support so they can leverage the maximum outcomes that our toolsets can provide.
Responsibilities:
- Perform user administration duties such as account creation, password resets and access controls
- Provide 2nd level support on escalated workstation, telephony, and mobile related issues and requests
- Fact find and troubleshoot issues for C-Suite and VIP executives in person and remotely
- Management of key ecosystem platforms such as JAMF and BetterCloud
- Assist in maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Build automation into the system around items such as patching, user creation and back ups
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Help ensure all IT systems are within PCI compliance in conjunction along with the Data Security team
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Facilitation of company wide and individual team meetings, provisioning and preparing workstations and workstation related equipment
- Creating and maintaining wiki documentation for internal staff and processes
- Management of video conferencing hardware (Google Meet and Zoom)

Experience with these core tools

G-Suite/Google Workspace, Apple products (iPhones, MAC machines), JAMF, BetterCloud
- Experience with any of these is a plus
- Meraki, Okta, CloudLock, Slack, Lastpass and Atlassian
- 35 years of handson experience working in an enduser desktop support role or computer operations environment
- Experience configuring IP based print / scan solution
- Experience and understanding of enterprise network solutions including familiarity with troubleshooting wireless access points and switches while being able to provide key information to engineers for remediation of issues quickly
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Selfstarter with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Highly functional understanding in key ecosystem platforms including administration, workflow building and troubleshooting
- GSuite Certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems or Networking and Infrastructure is a plus
