As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled CNC Brake Press Operator to join our production team.


Responsibilities:

Machine Setup and Calibration:

  • Set up CNC brake press machines according to job specifications, including tooling setup and calibration.
  • Ensure that machines are properly aligned and configured for accurate and efficient production.

Programming and Operation:

  • Program CNC controllers to accurately bend and form metal components based on engineering drawings and job requirements.
  • Operate CNC brake press machines to produce highquality metal parts in accordance with production schedules.

Quality Assurance:

  • Perform regular checks on produced parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality.

Material Handling:

  • Load raw materials into the CNC brake press machines and monitor material flow throughout the production process.
  • Unload finished parts and transfer them to the appropriate workstations or storage areas.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

  • Conduct routine maintenance on CNC brake press machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with the machines, making adjustments or repairs as needed.

Safety Compliance:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Report any safety hazards, accidents, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
