Confident MIG, TIG, Arc welding and working with a variety of materials including mild steel, Structural, aluminium, and stainless steel.

Fabricating, repairing, cutting and joining metal parts using machines and hand tools

Designing and creating holding jigs that aid in fabrication of the parts in various numbers.

Work from engineering drawings, blueprints, plans to determine job requirements

Inspect equipment and test welds for width of bead, penetration, and precision etc.

Finish, cleaning and smoothing welds by filing, chiselling, and grinding etc.

Trade qualified perferred

Operating a manual press brake

Be flexible to work both in the workshop and onsite

Assist with quotations, clarifying orders, drawings and dealing with customer enquiries

Sound knowledge of industry safety practices

Very competitive rate neg with skills and experience
