Mō te tūnga | About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, suitably skilled and experienced Senior Organisational Psychologist to join our Organisational Development team.

In this role you will make a key contribution to our strategic priorities through the design, development, and implementation of a range of organisational development programmes and frameworks.

Initially this work will be focused on providing specialist advice on selection and assessment for the Police Recruitment workgroup.

This will involve leading the design, development and continuous improvement of selection processes.

More broadly, the role will also focus on strengthening our workplace culture, embedding diversity and inclusion, developing the capability of our people and leaders, and enabling a high-performance culture where our people can be their best.

To be successful in this role, in addition to your skills, knowledge and experience you'll need to be a self-starter with well-developed communication and relationship building skills and you'll role-model the application of the NZ Psychologists Board Core Competencies and Code of Ethics 2002.
