We are seeking an energetic and highly-motivated

Customer Service Supervisor to join our
-
Auckland team in supporting our Freight Forwarding operations.-
Departmental/Operational key Responsibilities may include:
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with external and internal client base
  • Keeping clients informed of shipment status, exceptions and delays
  • Maintenance of customer files
  • Handling of general enquiries relating to rates and services
  • Complete Costing for existing clients
  • Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with SOP
  • Meeting all deadlines agreed with customers and management
  • Ensuring the integrity of our Quality system is upheld at all times
  • Supervise, coach and develop CS team members and ensure department is adequately resourced.

Competencies and Skills required:

  • Previous experience in customer relationships;
  • Sound knowledge and previous experience in Air Freight/Ocean Freight or Supply Chain industry;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal;
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills;
  • Understands the H&S and Quality systems procedures;
  • Demonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
