Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage closely with various departments to identify and address our diverse recruitment needs.
  • Provide strategic advice to managers on targeted advertising strategies based on roles, locations, and skill demands.
  • Craft thoughtful question templates to empower line managers during interviews.
  • Execute reference checks, draft employment agreements, and arrange preemployment appointments.
  • Uphold and enhance established recruitment processes, offering suggestions for improvements where beneficial.
  • Maintain a high standard of timeliness throughout all recruitment assignments.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Preferably holds a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Brings a minimum of 5 years' handson experience in Recruitment and/or Generalist Human Resources.
  • Possesses a sound understanding of the legal aspects of Human Resources, including current immigration requisites.
  • A true team collaborator, skilled in relationshipbuilding, and thrives in a dynamic, fastpaced setting.
