The primary focus of this role is coaching to improve the engagement, behaviour, quality of work and performance of everybody in your team.

This isn't just your standard people management position - it's multi-faceted, where you will also be managing the process, process improvement and stakeholder relationships for our area.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-16 Central Processing Officers.

It is a busy job and requires someone who can balance their team needs with the needs of the business and, most importantly, those of the people we serve.

Utu ā-tau/Salary

Salary Range:

The remuneration band for this role is $77,128 to $100,720 - the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
