Our client is a leading property & construction firm who provide advisory and delivery services across the full lifecycle of construction projects.

They are bringing another consultant into the advisory arm of their business - you will be working closely with public and private sector clients advising on planning, investment, business cases, feasibility, strategy, portfolio, and programme management, and more.

Your role is to ensure your clients' success by providing effective advice and expertise. This focus of this position can largely be moulded to fit your particular skillset & interest - where do you want to take your career? This could take you there

_About you:

We are looking for an experienced senior consultant or possibly someone ready to step up. You will have a broad background across project/capital advisory and be enthusiastic about stakeholder engagement and management.


You will be a fantastic communicator, able to tailor complex technical information to a level that a variety of audiences can understand.

You may come from a consultancy, or you may have significant experience within a client organisation and are looking to make the change.


It will be particularly valuable if you have some experience in the sustainability space, advising on Green Star buildings or helping clients bring a sustainability focus into their capital programme.


_Your experience might include some of the following:
_*:

  • Long term project/investment planning, in particular with local/central government agencies
  • Understanding of the Treasury's ICR processes
  • Business case and feasibility study development, investment logic mapping
  • Development of project portfolios based on organisational strategy and goals
  • Organisational change management, ideally leading PMO teams
  • Experience across benefits management and development
  • Supporting Boards and executives to develop organisational strategy/s
  • Ideally, relevant certifications and qualifications across some of the above
