Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

  • In this role you'll help lead organisational change relating to customer experiences.
  • You'll work as part of the Customer Services team, bringing sharp focus to driving better customer outcomes across Auckland Transport
  • And you'll manage all aspects of the change cycle from planning change, to managing change to implementation with a focus on minimising customer disruption
  • Additionally you'll work as a coach, advisor and guide to help lead successful change initiatives for our people, to be able to deliver to our customers

So, what are we looking for?

  • Across all roles, we'd love change management experience with knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies and tools
  • You might be accredited in PROSCI, or bring expertise in other change methodology
  • Or you could have people, HR and or transformation project or programme skills
  • Most importantly, you'll have a growth mindset and the ability to coach and think from an end user perspective
  • We work in waterfall and agile methodologies and we'd love to hear from those with HCD and Lean understanding too
  • What's a given is your ability to work at pace, in a highly ambiguous environment
