Job Description Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**Covering for one of our team while on Parental Leave, you'll own a portfolio of commercial, industrial and government customers to understand their emissions, and help them get the most out of their energy use as they transition away from high carbon energy to electricity. You will be involved in the customer journey from onboarding, set up, and ongoing account management for our customers, often being the first and sometimes only touch point the customer has with Simply Energy

Day to day, this includes:

  • Managing customer offers from pricing to onboarding, including:
  • Developing pricing for RFP opportunities
  • Understanding the contractual terms and ensure the contract and T&C's are correct and fit for purpose
  • Onboarding customers, ensuring great communication along the journey.
  • Providing in depth customer analysis on usage, load and behaviours to identify areas of opportunity to add value to our customers and support deeper, more meaningful conversations, while identifying opportunities for energy solutions.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of customer communications and processes, strategies, and campaigns to facilitate the acquisition and retention of customers

Qualifications Tā mātou e kimi nei? - What are we looking for?**Success in this role will come from your passion for exceptional customer service, coupled with your proven experience supporting customers in a B2B world. You'll also need a solid work ethic, positive attitude and great communication skills.

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • A strong history of delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • The ability to prioritise workload to effectively manage competing priorities on multiple pieces of work.
  • Strong attention to detail and lateral thinking skills.
  • Electricity industry experience (this is preferred but not essential).
