The role

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your organizational skills and strong stakeholder engagement experience into a role within our brand-new Global Graduate Experience team.


FNZ are dedicated to attracting and cultivating the next generation of diverse talent and we are on the hunt for a strong Graduate Advisor to drive our New Zealand and Australia junior talent strategy, ensuring that it is embedded effectively.


You'll be a pivotal part of getting our new strategy up and running, including taking the lead on campaigns and university engagement, and delivering preboarding and onboarding for our grads and interns.

You will also help provide support for the business during the delivery of our grad and intern programs.

Our first cohorts start in 2023, so you'll have a unique opportunity to get involved in the design and implementation of a new program, as well as being there for our big launch.


The responsibilities will include:

  • Creating relationships with target universities and groups, crafting and delivering our annual campaign activities and events
  • Managing relationships with third party suppliers to ensure contracts are in place and advertising is on brand
  • Working closely with the Talent team to maintain talent pipelines, run Assessment Centres and collate data for reporting purposes
  • Working with key stakeholders to plan and deliver a great onboarding experience for all Grads and Interns
  • Supporting the delivery of the graduate and intern programs
  • Supporting people leads and the Global Head of Graduate Experience as needed, and reporting on outcomes from all phases of the annual cycle of work
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Graduate Recruitment campaigns
  • Solid track record in administering Graduate and Internship programs
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience using PowerBi and Microsoft Suite would be beneficial
  • Experience planning and running small events
  • Happy to travel around the country to various University Expos and events as needed
  • You will be hard working, innovative and take pride in your work
