We're looking for an IT Support Analyst who will be based in our Auckland office.

Reporting to the IT Trainer/Helpdesk Team Leader and part of a small team you'll be responsible for ensuring the professional and efficient delivery of 1st and 2nd Level IT support to all computer users.

In addition, you'll be involved in technology training, by contributing to the creation of guides and assist in delivery of induction training.

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

  • An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Office 365, desktop hardware troubleshooting, and peripherals.
  • Exposure to RDS and VPN
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot remote access connection issues.
  • Ability to think laterally good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to recognise priority issues and escalate accordingly.
  • Ability to learn new products (software and hardware) to high end user level.
  • Professional, positive, approachable and friendly manner
  • A high quality service in helpdesk support experience is essential.
