As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the dining and beverage experiences at Jardin Grill and La Serre.

Your leadership and passion for excellence will drive the team to deliver exceptional service, creating memorable moments for our guests.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of Jardin Grill and La Serre, ensuring seamless and memorable dining experiences.
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to curate innovative and delectable menus that reflect the sophistication of Sofitel.
  • Implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications:
