Office Manager/EA
Our client supports two very successful Superannuation Funds.


They are a closeknit team of They have recently appointed a new Chief Executive at the start of the year and this role is working closely with the CE as well as providing day to day operational support to the smooth running of the office.

About the Role
There is a real opportunity to be involved and add value


You will be focused on keeping the CE on track, and ensuring they are aware of upcoming commitments, and has all they need.

No need for paper packs, the CE is tech savvy and everything will be in digital form As well as supporting the CE you will be working closely with the Chief Financial Officer.

You'll be involved with Board meetings - you will be following up to ensure the matters arisng are being actioned but, the good news is, you won't be the one actually taking the minutes

A taste of things you will be doing:

  • Managing CE's diary and inbox, ensuring correct prioritisation of their commitments
  • Managing workflow to ensure deadlines are met
  • Identify risks and prioritisation of any issues
  • Directing and escalating queries where appropriate

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience
  • Excellent engagement & relationship building skills
  • Sound professional judgement and proven problem solving skills
  • Advanced across MS Office Suite
