  • We are looking for an exceptional Bid Manager with great energy and drive, to join our highperforming precontracts team and contribute to our great momentum in the bid space.
    Your responsibility's
Reporting to the Pre-Contracts Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the bid from initial tender preparation and take-offs, through to pre-procurement negotiations and dealing with our clients

Key responsibilities:

  • Effectively engaging with clients to understand and meet their needs to ensure submission of highquality bids.
  • Developing a winning bid strategy and execution strategy.
  • Develop corporate review assets and lead tender review meetings with senior management.
  • Establishing a continuous improvement approach to reviewing each submission and adopting key learnings for future bids and proposals.

About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry with exposure to operational, commercial, financial, and risk management disciplines.
  • Performing well under pressure and able to work to tight timeframes.
  • Competent in leading and directing others evidenced through communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Key knowledge of all aspects of a tender development from engineering and estimating, through to contractual requirements, methodology, and scheduling skills.
  • Attention to detail to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Ability to relate and communicate effectively with both internal and external parties, as well as in crossfunctional teams, and across multiple levels of the business.
  • A good rapport with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers across the industry.
  • Relevant Engineering qualifications will be highly regarded.
