About the role
Our General Surgery Administrator team provide a
high level of service to customer, staff and whanau. We deliver administration
needs to the service areas in a timely manner, with an empathise on booking of Elective
Surgery theatre lists and waitlist management.
This is a job share role supporting the current
Elective Surgery administrator to be successful at booking Elective Surgery
theatre lists for approximately 12 consultants for General Surgery.

  • 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing great service and direction to customers, staff and
whānau

  • Administration of Elective Surgery waitlists
  • Booking of theatre lists
  • Professional timely service
  • Various other tasks as determined by the Service.
