Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**Due to an internal promotion, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly ambitious and motivated banking professional to gain frontline/client portfolio management experience and develop their career as a Business Partner.

What does a day in the life of a Business Partner look like?

  • New and existing client meetings in the office or offsite in their business.
  • Proactively developing relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Growing relationships with local professionals.
  • Working through funding requirements to help our customers grow.
  • Collaborating with a great team to support our customers goals.

What is the team culture and environment like?


You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team of experienced and high performing Business Partners, allowing you to share knowledge, learn from others and continually grow and develop.


You'll also be part of our wider Wellington Regional team of Commercial Partners, Specialists, Home Lending Partners and Branch based bankers.
