The role:


We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Buildings Maintenance Supervisor to join our Finance Procurement, Property & Legal Team.

Reporting to the Buildings Maintenance Manager, you will execute work activities and provide building and maintenance advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

This position will oversee the ongoing daily maintenance activities across our 18 locations ensuring Airways building portfolio is appropriately maintained and complies with all relevant legislative and business policies and requirements.


To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:

  • Relevant tertiary degree in technical or equivalent experience in the building maintenance industry in New Zealand/or internationally
  • 5 + years prior experience in the maintenance of buildings, including design and construction
  • Proven knowledge of safety legislation
  • Experience working and engaging at a senior level within a technologybased organisation
  • Experience in managing budgets
