In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the car buying process while also ensuring that all vehicles on our lot are immaculately groomed and maintained.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Provide information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
  • Guide customers through the car purchasing process, including financing options and paperwork.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Perform car grooming duties, including washing, waxing, and detailing vehicles to showroom standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance or cosmetic issues.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and showroom.
  • Assist in inventory management, including vehicle inspections, labeling, and display arrangement.
  • Delivery of cars as and when required.
  • Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotation and filter replacements.
  • Assist in installation of car accessories and tinting etc.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in car sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and salesmanship abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and grooming techniques.
  • Valid driver's license (or able to get within 3 months) with a clean driving record.
