Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain hardware and software systems
- Document diagnosis and resolution of technical issues
- Manage user passwords, security protocols, and maintain inventory documentation
- Ensure efficient performance of servers, printers, and personal computers
- Attend to various operational tasks as needed
- Provide help desk support and user training as required
- Prepare and maintain procedures and documentation for network inventory
- Record diagnosis and resolution of network faults, enhancements, and modifications
- Monitor network traffic, activity, capacity, and usage to ensure optimal performance
- Offer specialist skills in supporting and troubleshooting network problems and emergencies
- Install, configure, test, maintain, and administer new and upgraded networks, software, database applications, servers, and workstations
- Optimizing database management by writing PHP and SQL scripts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum one year experience in a similar position required
Strong understanding of hardware and software systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Relevant certifications (e.g., Comp TIA A+, Network+, etc.) a plus
