About The Role:

We're on the hunt for Intermediate and Senior insurance brokers to dive into groundbreaking projects and pioneering initiatives, to do great with our clients that includes work on products and solutions that have never been seen before.

Partridge Advisory is a full service insurance brokerage, so in addition to their specialties they help a range of clients with difference commercial risk needs.

You will:
  • Build and nurture client relationships to offer proactive, personalised advice and solutions while spotting and seizing new business opportunities.
  • Prepare tailored market presentations and submissions, and negotiate renewals and new placements in a seamless, contract-secure process.
  • Deliver impressive insurance proposals, manage processes accurately and compliantly, and oversee renewals, credit control, and essential reporting.
  • Implement customised renewal and brokering strategies to meet each client's unique requirements.
You will bring:
  • NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) (General Insurance)
  • 3-10 years of experience in insurance broking or a similar role
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Talent for building and maintaining dynamic client relationships
  • Deep knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
