This is a fast paced and very popular restaurant, so experience is preferred.**With brands like Botswana Butchery, White + Wong's and Harbourside Ocean Bar Grill we pride ourselves on providing premium fun dining experiences to the thousands of guests that visit each year. We also do our best to ensure that our staff stand out from the rest, are enthusiastic and have the ability and passion to consistently exceed our customer expectations.

Reporting to the respective Head Chef, you will be required to undertake the day to day cleaning jobs that will be set out as well as some of the following core tasks: The successful applicants will have:

Some core tasks:

  • Date and label all items.
  • Follow recipes to ensure consistency.
  • Wrap and store items correctly.
  • Ensure safe food handling practices and procedures at all times.
