Role
As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping prospective homeowners find and purchase their dream home. You will guide clients through the entire home buying process, from initial inquiry to closing, while providing expert knowledge of home designs, pricing, and financing options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective homebuyers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Present new home models, floor plans, and features to clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend homes that meet their lifestyle and budget.
- Guide buyers through the sales process, including financing options and contract signing.
- Coordinate with construction, design, and finance teams to ensure a smooth transaction and build process.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Attend community and industry events to promote homes and generate leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and housing regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, new home sales, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the homebuilding industry and local real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
