Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Consultant to join our growing team. As a Client Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and guiding clients through the buying process.
Work Setup
- Arrangement: Onsite reporting required — must report to either our
Christchurch, Auckland, or Wellington office
(not remote) - Employment Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored advice and solutions. - Lead Generation:
Proactively source and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing. - Sales Process Management:
Guide clients through the buying process, including property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals. - Market Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape in your area. - Documentation:
Ensure all legal documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner. - Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the transaction to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to achieve company goals. - Compliance:
Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
Previous experience in sales/tele-sale or real estate is highly desirable. - Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Technology:
Proficient in using CRM systems, property listing platforms, and other relevant technology. - Attitude:
A proactive and positive approach to challenges, with a strong desire to achieve results. - Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with the New Zealand property market is a significant advantage.
