About the Role
The Nursing Resource Manager role will be based alongside the existing Integrated Operation Centre (IOC) team to support agency Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants throughout Rotorua and Taupo sites. Work force planning and onboarding of new staff to the organisation will be a large part of this role for agency and other clinical areas.

About you
The successful applicant will have existing senior nursing experience, enhanced communication skills via face to face and on digital platforms. You must have sound computer skills.
