An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and streetwear savvy 3IC to join the Culture Kings team at our Auckland store
In this hands-on & fast-paced role, you will INSPIRE, influence and coach a strong team. You will oversee the daily running of the store and ensure that we operate at a premium level always creating world-class experiences for our customers. This is the pinnacle retail role where you will be at the forefront of street fashion, not just following fashion trends but setting them. About you
  • Experience in managing a team in a high-volume turnover store
  • Exceptional selling skills with a strong understanding of the customer experience, we don't just sell, we create long-lasting experiences 
  • Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI's & stock loss targets
  • Ability to coach and develop the team at an individual level
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
