**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading, motivating and developing a team of retail staff
- Ensure that the store is compliant with all company policies and procedures
- Monitor stock levels, pricing accuracy and promotional compliance
- Manage customer service standards in line with company guidelines
- Monitor performance of staff against KPIs to ensure targets are met

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in a retail setting
- Knowledge of stock management and merchandising
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
