We're looking for caring and motivated role models to support tamariki and rangatahi in our residential and community services.

As a Youth Support Worker, you'll walk alongside young people who may have faced significant challenges, helping them build resilience, confidence, and self-belief. You'll be a mentor and guide — encouraging growth, fostering positive connections, and opening doors to meaningful opportunities in their community.

You'll also be part of a supportive, values-driven team that works together to make a real difference every day.

CCT Youth Services in Dunedin include emergency housing, transitional housing, and Individual Care Response in a 24/7 supported environment, and community supports within the school, home, or community.

What you will bring | Ngā tohunga mō tēnei tūranga

  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to complete one at our cost)
  • Hold a full current NZ Driver License (Essential)
  • Be eligible to work in New Zealand
  • Have a valid work or student visa with a minimum of 12 months until expiry
  • Be able to work at least one weekend shift per week
