Bathhouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the bathhouse, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the facility
• Manage and lead staff to ensure efficient and effective operations of the bathhouse
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels by implementing new policies and procedures
• Maintain and improve the physical appearance of the facilities, including for cleanliness and safety
• Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations
• Implement budgets and financial plans set by the Board
• Supervise and coordinate the work of staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Collaborate with other managers and team members to drive business growth and customer retention
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain the smooth running of the facility
• Monitor and manage the operation of equipment used to run bathhouse facilities and coordinate the maintenance with the relevant tradespeople
• Analyse operational performance data and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a fast-paced customer service environment
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Luxury hospitality or cabin crew experience highly desirable
