Our esteemed catering department is currently seeking an experienced and innovative Catering Head Chef to lead our dedicated kitchen staff. With a focus on catering, quality, creativity, and sustainability, we offer the perfect platform for you to elevate your career to new heights.

Position: Catering Head Chef

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Craft unique catering menus and prepare high-quality dishes that meet the highest standards of taste and presentation.

  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operation

  • Manage inventory and order supplies while adhering to budgetary constraints.

  • Uphold health and safety standards and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

  • Introduce new dishes if and when required

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required OR any relevant tertiary-level qualification minimum Level 4 or higher can be considered. (Overseas equivalent qualification is also acceptable)

  • Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Happy to work in Taranaki Region
