About Us
EOS Australia Pty Ltd is a national leader in the distribution of premium electronic security products—including Hanwha CCTV, Digifort VMS, LiDAR, Panasonic Video Intercoms, and a wide range of advanced control systems. We support trade partners across Australia with high-quality products, expert technical support, and trusted service.
As part of our strategic expansion, we are establishing a new EOS branch in New Zealand. We are now seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking Branch Manager who will lead the launch, build the team from the ground up, and drive our long-term success in the NZ market.
This role is ideal for someone with strong account management or sales experience in the security, IT, or technology distribution industry, someone who thrives on ownership, leadership, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment of the new NZ branch, including setting up operations, systems, and workflows.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team as the branch grows (sales, support, warehouse).
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing NZ customers and ensure current projects are delivered smoothly and professionally.
- Actively oversee key accounts and ongoing project pipelines, ensuring continuity, satisfaction, and retention.
- Drive business development, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand EOS's footprint in the NZ market.
- Ensure efficient, compliant, and safe branch operations across all functions.
- Prepare and submit operational and sales reports to head office within required timeframes.
- Collaborate closely with senior management in Australia to align strategy, operations, and customer experience.
- Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and new technologies.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in account management, business development, or electronic security sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage, retain, and grow customer accounts
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a new-branch environment
- A proactive, positive mindset and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service
- Leadership experience or the capability to build and grow a team from scratch
