Advice Centre Assistant Manager

We are now looking for an Advice Centre Assistant Manager to join the ASB family at our Bayfair Branch.

**Te tūranga | The role**:
Reporting to the Advice Centre Manager your job will be to help co-ordinate the delivery of ASB's products and services to branch based customers, through the proactive leadership, management and development of our frontline team, ensuring unbeatable customer outcomes. You will be actively involved in assisting the Advice Centre Manager to enhance the capability and operation of the branch.

**This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, on a flexible roster Monday - Saturday at our Bayfair Branch.**

**You will be responsible to lead and manage the Customer Specialists on site. We are looking for a capable and hands-on Assistant Advice Centre Manager who can work independently and be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the branch.**
