The Opportunity

Victorian Bali Spa is seeking a talented Spa Therapist to join our team in the heart of Auckland CBD. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional spa experiences that leave our clients feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and renewed. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and outstanding benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs and wraps, Nails
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clients feel welcomed, comfortable and cared for
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa treatment rooms
  • Assist with retail sales and educate clients on product recommendations
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
  • Collaborate with the spa team to provide a cohesive and seamless client experience

What We're Looking For

  • Formal qualifications in beauty therapy, massage or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a spa therapist in a similar environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients relax and unwind
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, friendly and welcoming demeanour
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
