We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent and People Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you love working with people, have experience in a high volume recruitment and human resources environment and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect role for you for you
This is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end to end recruitment process, including posting job adverts, pre-screening, interviewing and sending offers of employment
- Coordinating all HR and business aspects of onboarding for new starters, including HR inductions
- Ensure Health, Safety and wellbeing programmes and initiatives are in place and complied with
- Updating the HR information system, and managing employee files
- Responsible for wellbeing initiatives within the business
- Collaborating with the People and Performance Manager, and rest of the People and Performance team to implement innovative and inclusive people strategies
Requirements:
- Previous HR and recruitment experience desirable
- Exposure to best practice across all areas of HR
- 2+ years experience in administration roles or similar
- Excellent skills in relationship building
- Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- High level of common sense with a pro-active, positive and fun approach
- Great organisational, administrational and time management skills
- The ability to quickly identify problems or challenges (including demonstration of ability to identify the right problem) and suggest practical solutions to mitigate or remedy
