About the role

Join the dynamic team at Property Services Unlimited (BOP) Ltd. as a full-time Pest Control and Restoration Technician in the heart of Tauranga, Bay of Plenty. In this hands-on role, you will play a critical part in protecting homes and businesses from pests while restoring properties to their former glory.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform thorough pest inspections and identify the source of infestations.
  • Develop and implement effective pest control strategies using integrated pest management techniques.
  • Provide expert Practices to the client's Property on preventative measures and ongoing Pest Controls.
  • Carry out property restoration work, including cleaning, decontamination, and minor repairs.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Pest Control or Restoration Technician, preferably within the Trades & Services industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of common pests and effective control methods
  • Ability to diagnose problems, develop tailored solutions, and provide expert advice to clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify the root cause of issues
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
