The Opportunity

As a Principal Consultant within the Professional Services team your skills will be used across a wide breadth of challenging projects.

As we expand our capabilities in test automation and performance testing, your talent will be instrumental in driving modern engineering practices infused with AI-powered insights. You will help shape how artificial intelligence are leveraged to optimize testing strategies, test automation, and accelerate delivery cycles.

Depending on the engagement, you may be embedded within a performance and/or test engineering team. You will be at the forefront of integrating AI into our QA ecosystem, using intelligent test generation, test execution, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics to elevate quality assurance beyond traditional boundaries.

Great What skills do I need?

To earn a place on our team you must be creative in your approaches and be able to implement solutions that require the use of multiple tools and technologies.

  • Implement, improve and augment performance test scripts using JMeter, NeoLoad, Load Runner, GraphQL, and similar tools.
  • Creating and implementing test automation framework using Selenium, Rest Assured, Rest Sharp, playwright and similar tools.
  • Programming languages: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, Typescript
  • Agile mindset and experience of working on projects following SCRUM

In addition to a proven track record in leading web and API test automation, performance testing, and optimization initiatives, we highly value experience with AI-enhanced testing practices. Familiarity with AI-driven tools for intelligent test case generation, anomaly detection, and predictive performance modeling will set you apart. Your ability to integrate machine learning insights into performance engineering workflows will help us push the boundaries of quality assurance and deliver smarter, faster, and more resilient solutions.

We will ask you to show us your:

  • Proven knowledge of the proper performance requirements analysis and test script development across a variety of tools and environments
  • Proven knowledge of the test automation across a variety of tools and environments
  • Ability to analyse a project, determine the optimal tool set, implement a benchmark test and present the results
  • Proven ability to deliver quality results in a busy and dynamic business-focused environment
  • Knowledge of good software development practices and current methodologies and tools
  • Ability to contribute to developing performance testing skills and knowledge within the wider team
  • Dedication to improvement via training, certifications or self-study
  • Awareness of how AI and machine learning can be applied to enhance performance testing, including intelligent test generation, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection
  • Experience AI-augmented QA test automation tools and frameworks to drive smarter, faster, and more adaptive testing strategies
