We are looking for an experienced leader to provide operational
leadership across Blueprint for Learning.

The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
We are looking for a strong
people leader who can coach, support, and grow a team in a busy operational
environment. You will bring experience setting clear direction, lifting
performance, and building a positive, values-driven team culture.

You will also have:

  • Solid
    operational leadership skills. This means understanding how to run and improve
    complex systems, with experience in coordination, service delivery, and
    administration.
  • You will be adept at spotting issues, improving processes,
    leading change, and helping build systems that can scale.
  •  This role will suit someone
    calm and organised, who is comfortable leading both people and operations.
  • You
    will be able to balance the big picture with the day to day and ensure delivery
    is smooth, reliable, and high quality.

This is a permanent full time role working Monday to
Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

You | Mōu
You will provide exceptional operational support, planning and process to
support colleagues and contractors within Blueprint. You will have the ability
to prioritise job tasks depending on workflow and complete tasks in a manner
consistent with the values of Blueprint.
