OneHealth General Practice & Urgent Care, open 7 days 8am - 8pm, is seeking a part-time medical receptionist.  In addition to offering GP services, OneHealth is an accredited Urgent Care Clinic, so if you enjoy a fast paced position with plenty of variety, read on….

The successful applicant will offer the following:

  • At least 12 months working in a NZ Based General Practice and/or Urgent Care Clinic.
  • Rostered shifts are Thursdays and Fridays 4-8pm, alternating Saturdays 2-8pm and every Sunday 2-8pm. Shifts are subject to change and flexibility is important, so we have assistance with leave cover as needed.
  • The ability to work independently, while contributing effectively to the clinic team.
  • Competent computer / data entry skills with attention to detail. Medtech Evolution experience preferred.
  • Able to work under pressure, demonstrating excellent time management skills, while maintaining a high level of customer service skills.
  • An excellent command of the English language (verbal, written and comprehension).
  • The ability to implement new and changing processes to ensure our patients continue to receive the best possible care and service.
