About the role

You will be responsible for organising and managing both Residential and Commercial projects, ensuring accurate technical detail, clear communication, and on-time delivery. Working closely with developers, contractors, architects, and our internal teams, you'll make sure every project meets our high standards in full, on time, and to spec.

What your day to day will look like

  • Manage projects end-to-end – from handover to delivery and completion
  • Coordinate schedules, production requirements, and delivery logistics
  • Review site measures, plans, and production details for for accuracy
  • Track budgets, variations, and performance against KPIs - liaising with internal teams to maintain workflow and meet deadlines
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers - resolving issues swiftly by maintaining clear communication
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Support UNO's growth into commercial-scale project delivery.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in construction or project coordination
  • Strong understanding of building processes and technical drawings
  • Proven organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Sound computer skills Outlook, Excel, Teams and CAD experience
  • Full NZ Driver Licence
  • Experience in aluminium windows and doors or a related trade preferred
  • Bonus points for an understanding of NZ Building Code and compliance documentation and a PM qualification.
