Somewhat you will do....

  • Provide strong leadership to all hotel teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence and smooth delivery across all departments.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and comfort throughout the hotel
  • Lead, inspire, and grow a dynamic team that embodies Naumi's people-first culture
  • Creating a workplace culture where creativity, accountability, and genuine care thrive
  • Manage the hotel's budget, control costs, and optimize revenue through effective pricing and marketing strategies
  • Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Collaborating closely with the Naumi regional and support teams across People & Performance, Revenue, and Marketing
