Job Description
The impact you'll make

• Lead delivery of enterprise-wide technology programmes using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Act as a trusted delivery advisor to clients, helping shape delivery strategy, governance, and execution.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
• Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, including planning, risk management, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Support clients in programme recovery, health checks, and delivery assurance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices, leveraging Deloitte global assets and accelerators.
• Contribute to business development through proposal writing, client engagement, and opportunity shaping.
• Mentor and grow delivery talent within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications
Your expertise

• 5+ years of experience in technology delivery across complex programmes and projects.
• Proven track record in leading Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing budgets, scope, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Skilled in delivery assurance, programme recovery, and client advisory.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience across industries such as public sector, health, financial services, or utilities is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, AgilePM) are beneficial.
