Selltech Limited operating as Cleanand Fix is a growing property maintenance company specializing in delivering comprehensive solutions for your property's maintenance and upkeep need across Auckland.

Job Description:

We are looking for a carpenter in a full time permanent role for a min of 30 hours per

week to maximum 40 hours per week. The hourly rate is $25-$35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding client requirements, studying drawings and specifications in order to

plan and estimate as per dimensions, material quality, layouts, material availability

and cost vs budgets.

  • Talking to vendors for ordering timber and other materials and selecting as per specs

  • Experience of cutting materials, assembling, erecting framework, flooring and floorboards

  • Managing fitting exterior wall cladding, doors and window frames

  • Repairing existing fitting (e.g., plasterboard patching, plastering, painting, decks,internal walls, ramps)

  • Light tiling, Concrete, and paving work

  • Small cladding and roofing repairs

  • Leak investigations and diagnostic work

  • Ensuring worksites are tidy and safe

  • Client communication and reporting on job progress

Requirements:

  • At least three years of relevant experience in carpentry OR a Level 4 trade qualification in building, painting, construction or carpentry

  • Proven ability to work independently

  • Full NZ driver's license or ability to gain a NZ driver's license

  • Must supply own hand tools
