At Scitex, we're partnering with a respected and fast-growing food ingredients business to find their new Customer Services Manager. This is a newly created position, reflecting both growth and a desire to take their customer operations to the next level.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll lead a small, capable team and help unlock the full potential of their ERP system (Business Central). You'll work closely with Sales and Product Managers to ensure customers receive exceptional service – every time.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated customer service team of three
  • Streamline processes and make the most of their ERP system (BC)
  • Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster engagement across the team

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience leading a customer service function, ideally in manufacturing or B2B supply
  • Strong system and process mindset – confident using ERP tools to drive efficiency
  • Natural leadership skills – able to influence, motivate, and build team spirit
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability, with a positive and pragmatic approach
