Auckland Transport (AT) is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Manager to lead the management, maintenance, and strategic direction of our ServiceNow platform. This pivotal role ensures the platform is effectively utilised to meet business needs, drive innovation, and support AT's goals.

As the ServiceNow Platform Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of ServiceNow professionals, driving the management of ITSM, Technology Asset, Incident Management, and workflow solutions. Your goal: make ServiceNow the go-to platform for all process, automation, and workflow management needs at AT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring platform stability, performance, and availability.
  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for ServiceNow, aligning with AT's objectives.
  • Build and manage a funding model for the platform, ensuring alignment with the AT EPMO Framework.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of ServiceNow administrators and developers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on key deliverables, wins, financial tracking, and risks/issues.

Ko koe tēnei | About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years in IT environments, with a minimum of 5 years managing and administering the ServiceNow Platform.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and other relevant certifications.
