We are seeking a resilient and highly adaptable professional to provide essential executive support on a six-month fixed-term contract, with an end of October start date.

What You'll Be Doing
You Will Be The Critical Piece That Ensures The Busy Director's Office Operates Effectively And You Will Take Ownership Of The Day-to-day Coordination To Ensure Executive Time Is Maximised And Operational Functions Are Seamless. Your Key Result Areas Will Include
- Executive Calendar and Logistics Mastery: Expertly manage and coordinate the Director's complex daily schedule, including proactive diary management, and the full coordination of meetings, travel, and high-profile events.
- Operational Oversight: Serve as the primary administrative and logistical anchor for the Director's office, handling all necessary general support to ensure a smooth, efficient workspace.
- Corporate Process Coordination: Assist with critical corporate service functions, which includes supporting activities related to budget tracking, personnel processes, and IT needs.
- Process Enhancement: Proactively identify and contribute to opportunities to improve existing administrative systems and office processes for greater efficiency.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all administrative and logistical support is consistently aligned with relevant internal corporate policies, procedures, and systems.
What You'll Bring
To hit the ground running, you'll need proven expertise in high-level coordination and the emotional intelligence to manage a demanding environment.
- Executive Administration Background: Demonstrated, significant experience across a wide range of administrative and coordination functions, ideally gained within a busy, complex, and technical professional setting.
- Stakeholder Confidence: Exceptionally strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. You are confident and adept at communicating and collaborating effectively with people at all organisational levels, both internal and external.
- Efficiency and Adaptability: Excellent proven skills in time management, prioritisation, and customer service. You possess strong computer literacy and the ability to remain flexible, adaptable, and composed in the face of changing priorities.
