About us

We are a labour-only carpentry company specialising exclusively in commercial construction projects. Our work includes large-scale builds where quality workmanship, efficiency, and safety are essential. We partner with reputable main contractors and maintain a strong focus on professional standards on every site.

We are looking for reliable, skilled carpenters who have experience in commercial environments, can work efficiently as part of a team, and take pride in delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications & experience

  1. Trade-qualified carpenter or equivalent proven experience
  2. Minimum 2–3 years' experience in commercial carpentry projects
  3. Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and materials
  4. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  5. Experience working on labour-only contracts within large project teams
  6. Solid understanding of site health & safety requirements
  7. Own basic hand tools and PPE
  8. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
  9. Current site safety card (e.g. Site Safe) preferred
  10. Valid driver's license and reliable transport

Tasks & responsibilities

  1. Carry out all aspects of commercial carpentry work to a high standard
  2. Install formwork, framing, fixings, linings, and finishing as required
  3. Work efficiently as part of a labour-only team on commercial sites
  4. Follow project drawings, plans, and site instructions accurately
  5. Meet productivity and quality expectations set by site management
  6. Maintain a safe and tidy work area at all times
  7. Comply with all site health & safety policies and procedures
  8. Use tools and equipment safely and correctly
  9. Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other trades
  10. Report issues, defects, or hazards promptly
