Reinventing Tomorrow – Shape the Future of Health Infrastructure with Jacobs
At Jacobs, we challenge the accepted and push boundaries to reinvent tomorrow. We're seeking a strategic Principal Architect – Health to join our Christchurch team and help us deliver on a strong pipeline of health infrastructure projects across New Zealand.
This is a client-facing leadership role that will support our Architectural Lead and provide direction to multidisciplinary teams. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of health infrastructure, delivering complex projects, and driving design excellence.
- Lead the design and delivery of major health infrastructure projects across ANZ.
- Provide architectural health planning and design management across multidisciplinary teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Support business development, bids, and client account management.
- Champion innovation, safety, and inclusion in all aspects of project delivery.
Here's what you'll need
- A relevant tertiary qualification in architecture.
- 10+ years' experience in delivering complex projects (preferably Health projects but not essential).
- Strong design management and project leadership experience.
- Knowledge of Australasian Health Facility Guidelines and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
