About the role:

- \tOpportunity to delivery positive environmental outcomes through Te Mana o te Wai for infrastructure and development projects across Aotearoa New Zealand and beyond.
- \tDeliver strategy, planning, design and innovation across a range of stormwater projects (including infrastructure, residential and commercial developments).
- \tDeliver a range of stormwater infrastructure, including climate change mitigation and water sensitive urban design (WSUD) elements (eg; green infrastructure and flood mitigation measures).
- \tLiaising with a range of stakeholders including architects, clients and other disciplines.
- \tProvide guidance and coaching to junior staff.
- \tOpportunity to grow and develop yourself both technically and professionally.

About you:

- \tTertiary qualifications in Civil or Environmental Engineering coupled with extensive demonstrated experience in stormwater design.
- \tExpert user across relevant stormwater software.
- \tAble to lead projects whilst developing and mentoring other team members
- \tWell-developed communication skills to collaborate with a range of stakeholders in order to achieve project outcomes.
- \tCollaborative in nature and proven ability to work with local and virtual teams across New Zealand.
